Vale Volunteers does not give detailed legal advice, but can signpost you to the appropriate agency and also give some general guidelines.
Our group needs an interpreter - can you help?
We can put you in touch with an accredited local service.
We need training for our trustees - do you offer this?
We provide all our members with a calendar of free or low-cost training events. If your needs are not met by these we can investigate specialised training possibilities for you.
Do you have a list of accessible premises for meetings?
Yes, we can send this to you electronically or in the post.
We wish to get in touch with our Local Authority to comment about a consultation document - can you help?
Vale Volunteers can either give details of the best department or individual to contact, or can contact the Councils on your behalf.
We need information about insurance/changing our constitution/accessing additional funding/updating our IT systems.
